Five years ago I was still working at a factory and just about to start my journey at the Helsinki School of Economics (HSE). It was a big turning point in my life as I had failed to get into an art school for four years in a row and had to come up with a new plan.
HSE was perhaps the best thing that ever happened to me. I studied relentlessly for the first two years and spent two intensive summers at the Information Technology Program. At the same time I started a company called Bolder Helsinki with five friends from School (Lasse, Kristian, Petri, Pasi and Vladimir). Together we had an impressive zero days of experience from working in an advertising agency, but that didn’t stop us from chasing our dreams.
Despite the rough economic climate, it all turned out pretty good. Today I have the pleasure of working on some of the most intriguing projects happening in Finland and I can’t wait to tell you more about them. This blog is your backstage pass to my work and also a venue for me to share my thoughts on marketing and design today.
